Childrens chair, made out of the letters of their name, with inset or routered lettering.

Background

It was my nieces 2nd birthday and I wanted to make her something!

Development

CAD created in Solidworks, the letter parts and insert lettering were then cnc routered at CNC Workshop in London Fields from birch plywood, then assembled with glue and screwed brackets. This particular one I finished with rounded edges and clear varnish.
